I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) since 2016, and it's been a rewarding journey working with individuals and families across California. I'm certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and currently hold the status of an EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training (CIT). As the daughter of Mexican immigrations, I'm particularly passionate about supporting the Latino community, focusing on helping people deal with grief, loss, and trauma-related conditions like PTSD. Besides my clinical work, I also enjoy teaching as an adjunct instructor, guiding MSW students, and mentoring the next generation of social workers. I'm truly dedicated to nurturing future mental health practitioners, both in the classroom and through my role as an EMDR consultant in training.
