Hello, I’m Denise and I am a bilingual (Spanish & English) Associate Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and elders. I have supported patients since 2016. I have worked in wrap-around settings for children/adolescents, public mental and medical health settings, and an inpatient psychiatric facility.

I was born and raised in the Coachella Valley by Mexican immigrants and feel especially inspired to empower those like me. I care deeply about my community and take pride in serving those in it.My goal is to make a meaningful impact towards the healing of those dealing with life’s many challenges and hardships. 

I graduated from Boston University with a Master’s in Social Work with a focus on clinical practice.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending time with family and taking in the outdoors. My hobbies include camping, listening to podcasts, and cooking.
